This house, established nearly 20 years ago, is still enjoyed by the original owners.

A series of spaces from light to dark to light leads you through from entry gate to the garden beyond. The house seeks to open to the terraces and garden through generous sized timber joinery,  with window seats and corners offering  sunny spots in the winter and shaded areas in the summer.

The changing light quality of the Hawkes Bay sun enlivens the spaces within.
